The program I purchased was an update of one I have used for years with great satisfaction. The update was trouble from the start. It would not load at first so I reached out for help and Jed got it to load. Nine days later it crashed and wouldn't do anything but flash an error message saying if a fix presented itself I would be notified. I reached out for help from Jed again and again he made it happen. The fix took over three hours and ended up being replace the new program with the old program.
So I ended up paying for the new program, not getting it and the purchase I made in October of 2017 finally started to work in January of 2018. Some of the delay was my fault due to anger and frustration but I'm sure in nine months I'll be getting a bill for another 'year' of protection for my computer. I have to commend Jed for being polite, professional and creative in fixing my problem. He stuck to the issue until it was working again. Here's hoping it breaks the nine day record. After one year of using this service, I had the need arise to call them again.
I contacted Jed whom had helped me before. I got an e mail reply, a resolution to my problem, and I was back up and running within 2 business days.
It had been at least one year since my last contact with them and it was as if they never forgot me. That's unusual nowadays. In fact, its unusual to get any customer service today that I walk away from feeling absolutely fantastic!!!!
Jed, fixed my issue, and I was once again a happy customer. This company has exceeded my expectations, not once but TWICE now. If you are considering using this product, or need this type of service, DO NOT HESITATE ONE MORE MINUTE. Go now and buy this product. Buy yourself an early Christmas present and enjoy for may years to come!!!!
